1. Information in the game

Creepwall does not require an account and does not collect personal information through an in-game form. It does not include advertising, tracking or analytics SDKs. We do not use the game to send your gameplay history, settings, scores or saved operation to a Creepwall server.

The game can run offline. It does not offer an online profile, online leaderboard or cloud-save synchronization.

2. Data kept on your device

The app uses local storage for settings, language and sound preferences, scores, records and one current saved operation. Continue uses the most recent valid saved state. Saving is not a guarantee that every unsaved action will survive an unexpected app or device shutdown.

You can clear saved progress through the game's Settings. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data may erase local information. There is no Creepwall server copy that we can use to recover an erased save.

3. If you contact support

If you choose to email kaankapp@icloud.com, the developer receives your email address, your message and any attachments or device details you choose to include. This is separate from the game's local data: the app does not automatically send a support report.

Support messages are used to understand and answer your request. Please avoid sending passwords, payment information or unrelated personal details. Questions or requests about information you have sent by email can be directed to the same support address. Email delivery is handled by the email services involved.

4. Apple services

App Store downloads, TestFlight distribution and Apple-provided diagnostics are governed by Apple's services, policies and your device settings. These are separate from an analytics SDK inside Creepwall. See Apple's privacy policy.

5. This support website

This website does not add analytics, advertising trackers, contact forms or its own cookies. Its language switch reads your chosen page language, or your browser language when no choice is present; it does not store that preference in a cookie or local storage.

This website is hosted on a Hetzner server. Your IP address and request details are processed to deliver the pages and protect the service. Visitor access logs are not enabled for this website. Hetzner privacy policy. External links open services with their own policies.

6. Policy changes and questions

This page will be updated if the app's information practices change. The effective date above identifies this version of the policy.

1. Oyundaki bilgiler

2. Cihazında tutulan veriler

Oyunun Ayarlar bölümünden kayıtlı ilerlemeyi temizleyebilirsin. Uygulamayı kaldırmak veya verilerini temizlemek yerel bilgileri silebilir. Silinen bir kaydı kurtarmak için kullanabileceğimiz bir Creepwall sunucu kopyası yoktur.

3. Destek için yazarsan

kaankapp@icloud.com adresine e-posta göndermeyi seçersen geliştirici; e-posta adresini, mesajını ve paylaşmayı seçtiğin ekleri ya da cihaz bilgilerini alır. Bu iletişim, oyunun yerel verilerinden ayrıdır; uygulama kendiliğinden destek raporu göndermez.

Destek mesajları, talebini anlamak ve yanıtlamak için kullanılır. Parola, ödeme bilgisi veya ilgisiz kişisel ayrıntılar gönderme. E-postayla paylaştığın bilgilerle ilgili soru ve taleplerini aynı destek adresine iletebilirsin. E-postaların iletimi, kullanılan e-posta hizmetleri tarafından gerçekleştirilir.

4. Apple hizmetleri

App Store indirmeleri, TestFlight dağıtımı ve Apple'ın sağladığı tanılama verileri; Apple hizmetlerine, politikalarına ve cihaz ayarlarına tabidir. Bunlar Creepwall içinde bir analiz SDK'sı kullanılmasından farklıdır. Apple'ın gizlilik politikasını inceleyebilirsin.

5. Bu destek sitesi

Bu site analiz aracı, reklam takipçisi, iletişim formu veya kendine ait çerez eklemez. Dil seçimi, sayfada seçtiğin dili ya da bir seçim yoksa tarayıcı dilini okur; bu tercihi çerez veya yerel depolamada saklamaz.

Bu site Hetzner sunucusunda barındırılır. IP adresin ve istek bilgilerin sayfaları sunmak ve hizmeti korumak için işlenir. Bu site için ziyaretçi erişim günlüğü etkin değildir. Hetzner Gizlilik Politikası. Harici bağlantılar kendi politikaları olan hizmetlere açılır.
